Prabhdeep K. Dhaliwal

Prabhdeep is an associate lawyer at GS Brar Law. Prior to this, she also completed her articles with the firm. Her areas of focus include estates and estate litigation.

For estate matters, Prabhdeep helps clients plan for their estate, compile probate applications, guardianship applications, and handle related matters as they arise. On the litigation side, she builds the strongest possible case for a client, whether that means asserting their position clearly or defending it with equal force.

Clients describe Prabhdeep as genuine, approachable, and thorough, someone who takes a real interest in understanding their situation and makes sure no detail is overlooked. Within the firm, her colleagues see her as an eager learner who is analytical in how she works through a problem and diligent in following every file through to completion.

Prabhdeep grew up in British Columbia before moving to Ontario to practise law. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology at Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, BC, and her law degree at the University of Leicester.

Outside the office, Prabhdeep enjoys reading, exploring Toronto, and crocheting.
